Salon of Secrets Ticket Policy

Please review the following ticket policy carefully as it applies to all ticket purchases.

General Information:

Those under 18 must obtain parental consent before purchasing tickets.
The Salon of Secrets (SoS) reserves the right to make changes to artists, programs, schedules, seating, and capacity without prior notice.
Ticket holders assume all risks related to the event, including any injuries, damages, or liabilities. This applies to both the ticket holder and any minors accompanying them. Navigating safely within the SoS property, including doors and hallways, is the ticket holder’s responsibility.

Event Changes and Cancellations:
SoS holds the authority to modify or cancel events. SoS is not obligated to notify you of such changes or be liable for refunds or any associated costs (e.g., travel or accommodation).
Always confirm the event’s date, time, and venue before attending.
Tickets can be canceled for a full refund up to one hour before the event start time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than one hour before the event.
If you miss an event, we’ll try to accommodate you at a future performance within the next 30 days.

Recording Restrictions:
Unless specified by SoS, no photography, audio, or video recording is permitted during performances.

Guidelines for Children and Minors:
Our venue is not appropriate for children aged 3 and below.
SoS reserves the right to ask parents or guardians to escort disruptive children outside without a refund. Disruptions might include loud talking, crying, leaving seats, or tampering with props.
Adults and guardians are entirely accountable for the minors’ behavior and safety.

Media Rights:
All performances at our venues are treated as live sets. SoS may use images or likenesses of ticket holders in any form of media for various purposes, including commercial projects.
