The technical term magicians use for the end surprise to The Color Monte Routine is what you call a Kicker.
That’s what makes the routine so strong, is the end Kicker!

Everything is so convincing because throughout the routine you seemingly show all the cards so cleanly. when you flip the final card at the end and leave everything out for a full examination, it just takes the energy of the routine up a huge notch and keeps everything in that state to linger.
